Cookie Notice
Effective: 21 October 2026
This notice supplements the privacy policy for the coveniq.de website.
This notice explains cookies, local storage and similar technologies on coveniq.de. Cookies are small files stored by a browser and sent back to a website with matching requests. Local storage stays in the browser and is not automatically sent with every request. This notice covers the website; processing within the Coveniq AI platform is described in the privacy policy and the applicable agreements.
1. Visiting the website
You can visit this website without signing in. The website does not embed its own analytics or advertising services. The demo request form is not loaded merely by visiting a page. Technical connection data processed to deliver and secure the website is described in the privacy policy; not all such processing uses cookies.
2. Website appearance
The website uses a fixed light appearance. It does not read, write or remove an existing “theme” entry in your browser’s local storage. If a historical entry is present, it remains untouched; you can remove it by clearing website data in your browser settings.
3. Demo request form and embedded services
The Tally form loads only when you select “Request a demo”. Opening the form provides Tally with technical connection data. When it opens as a popup on this website, Tally also receives the page visited, language and point of click, together with any utm_source and utm_campaign campaign parameters present in the page address. Once opened, the form also loads resources from Google Fonts and Sentry for typography and technical error monitoring respectively. These connections provide the respective services with technical request data. Whether embedded services use cookies or local storage, and which ones, depends on the service and browser settings. Further information about processing your form entries is provided in the privacy policy.
4. Non-essential technologies
The website itself does not embed its own tracking, analytics or marketing technologies. If we introduce non-essential technologies, we will obtain consent before using them where required by law. Opening the demo form does not provide blanket consent to additional, non-essential tracking technologies.
5. Your browser settings
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and website data through your browser settings. These settings also let you control local storage and third-party cookies. Blocking certain technologies may affect embedded functionality such as the demo request form.
6. Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the technologies used on the website change. The date above identifies the current version.
